The NGO based in Washington lists Albania once again among the partially free countries, together with Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia.
Albania has not changed its position, while Serbia, which used to be among the free countries, has fallen at the “partially free” group after several irregularities and attacks against journalists.
